THANK YOU!
Tony & Amy and
LaiLai Garden Restaurant
for hosting our 2013
Chinese New Year
Celebration!
Welcome!
For over 30 years, the Lee-Ming Chinese Cultural Association has been teaching the Chinese language, spoken and written, to students in the larger Montgomery County and Philadelphia PA communities. Now located at Montgomery County Community College, the Lee-Ming Chinese School has been steadily expanding and defining our curriculum.
In our Traditional, Bilingual and Adult Conversation courses, we maintain small class sizes to be sure our students get the individual time and attention that they need to learn. Our curriculum includes classes for native Chinese speakers and also for those native English speakers who are interested in Chinese as a second language, with our bi-lingual classes conducted in both Chinese and English.
Our instructors are well trained in the materials used and we strive to make your child's learning adventure here pleasant and fun.
Lee-Ming Chinese School teaches students in grades K through 12 and we have begun adult language classes for those 17 year old and older students who also wish to learn Mandarin Chinese.
Chinese Adult Conversation
Using the PinYin system to learn the sounds of Mandarin Chinese and learn to recognize some traditional Chinese characters, our introduction level Chinese course is great for teens and adults who have little or no experience in learning to speak Mandarin Chinese. Also a great introduction for any teen/adult student who plans on studying Chinese in High School or College. Get a good head start!

Chinese Bilingual Courses
Our bilingual courses are designed for students who predominantly or exclusively speak English at home. Perfect for students who regularly speak English at home and for children of Chinese heritage whose families wish their children to begin to learn Mandarin Chinese either just for having the additional language skills or for connecting with their parent’s culture (or both!).
Also perfect for adopted Chinese children whose parents wish for them to maintain a strong part of their heritage!
Classes for beginners and intermediates aged 6 – 12, up through advanced classes for High School level students.
